Hello all aspiring actresses out there. We are a local Independent Film company looking for a Female lead forour debut film "Boston" the movie. Any ethnicity can submit, age 18-27. Shooting is taking place all over Boston from June-October and this character requires 16 days of shooting. Most shoots vary between 2-4 hr shoots. The cast and crew already cast are very talented and committed to this project and we will only offer this role to someone who can commit just the same. AUDITIONS for Debra Crosby's Talent Quest Show!We are looking for talent from the Greater Boston area to compete in Debra Crosby's Talent Quest televised show. In order to be considered for the show you will need to audition. Do you sing, dance, act, play an instrument, entertain or belong to a small performance group? Debra Crosby's Talent Quest Show will air LIVE on SATV and then be rebroadcast on the greater North of Boston cable station market. At SATV in Salem, MA., there will be phone in votes from the home audience from 8:00 - 8:30p.m. only on the night that the show airs LIVE. Specific post card voting rules will be passed out to contestants. The winner will receive a trophy and a $300.00 CHECK award. HUDSON:  Auditions for Fame-the Musical are being extended (Date TBD). Actors age 17 years and older are invited to try out for a part in this popular hit musical being performed by the new community theater group River’s Edge Players. Formed by the Arts Alliance, the River’s Edge Players begins rehearsing evenings in June. New Hampshire
The New Thalian Players (NTP) is seeking Directors for the 2007 – 2008 season. This includes a musical in the fall of 2007, a non-musical in the spring of 2008 and two musicals in the summer of 2008 (Theater in the Park). For additional information on the company, browse to www.newthalianplayers.org.  NTP retains some flexibility to modify the schedule and mix of musicals and non-musicals, from our standard season format, as described here, based on submissions and venue availability. This position includes a stipend. Well prepared proposals will include the name of the show you are proposing, and a short synopsis of its (a) market appeal, (b) casting requirements and (c) technical requirements. A brief resume of the director’s experience and a synopsis of the director’s vision for the show should be included. We encourage prospective directors to submit names of potential/preferred members of their creative/production team, when available/feasible.  Submissions for the fall 2007 production are due by June 30, 2007.
